Fiesta Key is located in the middle keys, just south of Islamorada. We scored a gorgeous site here and parked the rig right at the water's edge. The views were unbeatable! Our criticism of this place is that sites are squeezed together really tight. Luckily, we had some really nice neighbors.
SUNSET CELEBRATION
Many campers would gather at the Sunset Point tiki hut just down from our site to watch the sun set across the water in the evening. It was truly a sight to behold! The colors were just a little different each night, but all stunning. I really appreciated how, in a world crammed full of distractions and instant gratification, people here came together to enjoy and experience the glorious sunset.
Amenities here include a pool, sandy beach-themed area with sun loungers, an on-site restaurant and bar, plus a kayak launch area. For those traveling to the Keys with their boat, Fiesta Key offers a marina with boat slips too. They have a calendar full of daily activities ranging from crafts, movie night, to sunset wine social and corn-hole tournaments. The boys found a honey hole full of snapper and had a lot of fun fishing, too!
